RE: How can I keep my body fit?

I am 30 years old.I am a businessman.I don’t have a lot of time for the heavy  workout in the gym.But I want to keep my body fit.Is there any light workout that doesn’t take much time? Please tell me if anyone knows about it?

Thanks for your question. Nowadays, we are very concern about your health.But due to the pressure of our daily work we can not keep your body keep. But health is wealth. So, we should take care of our health. I think exercise is a must for everyone. You should go out in the morning for a morning walk. It  also refreshes our mind.Only 10 or 20 minutes of morning walk can save us from many diseases. If you can not go to the gym for warm up,you can do that at home. Spot jogging is a good exercise. You can also take Jump squats, Pile suats, Bicep curl and Stair climb, Hip extension, Push up. You can do this exercise at home. By doing these exercise you can keep fit and healthy.Hope you find your answer.
