Can you tell me a little about yourself?

it’s a good question.

Yes, Knowledge World has answers perfectly.  If you can practice and tell about yourself with confidence, then you will be a success in your interview.

So,  What you should do to tell about yourself perfectly on the interview board?
Remember, When an interviewer says, “Tell me about yourself,” he or she really wants to know how your experience is pertinent to the job you’re interviewing for.
So, For answering them perfectly, you need to practice more and more.
You must need this 3 things,
1. Focus yourself
2. Script
3. Practice

Let me elaborate ………..

1. Focus yourself
First, define what you do as it relates to the job, You need to think about three to five past experiences that are relevant to the job and try to quantify in terms of time, money or people. Then list three to five strengths you have that are pertinent to this job (experiences, traits, skills, etc.). All of this adds up to the message you want the interviewer to know about you when you leave.

2. Make a Script

Write a script on a paper that includes all the information you want to convey. Begin by talking about your present job and then start to talk about your  past experiences and proven success:

As for example, you can start like this: “I have been working as the customer service industry for the past 3 years. My most recent experience has been handling incoming calls from Internet marketing companies. For this reason, I particularly enjoy this company work, and the challenges that go along with it, I think this is the opportunity to connect with people. In my last job, I formed some significant customer relationships resulting more than  30% increase in sales in 2 months.”

Next, mention your strengths and abilities:

“My real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time.”

Conclude with a statement about your current situation:

“What I am looking for now is a company that values customer relations, where I can join a strong team and have a positive impact on customer retention and sales.”

3. Practice:
Practice again and again with your script until you feel confident about what you want to emphasize in your statement on the interview board. Your script should help you to stay on track, but you should not tell such a way that the interviewer seems, you have memorized it. You don’t make sounds like a broadcast news announcer or a robot.
Always make sure that you are talking naturally, like a real person that people would like to have in the next cubicle or talk to at the happy hour.

If you can prepare yourself like this,  if you’re not asked this type of question to begin the interview, I think this, preparation will help you to focus on what you have to offer.

Make preparation for additional answers:
Always remember that It doesn’t matter what industry you’re in or what stage of your career you’re at—the job interview is nerve-racking every single time.
