RE: Is there any Benefits of Nofollow Backlinks?

Hello,
Most of the high Authority website provides Nofollow backlink.  I know that nofollow backlink does not help us in SEO Ranking and keyword ranking. But my question is,

Is there any Benefits of Nofollow Backlinks?

I mean. It doesn’t have any small number of importance?

Is it really useless?

Thanks

Yes, there are several benefits of nofollow backlinks, even though they don’t directly contribute to your website’s ranking by passing link equity. Here’s how they can still be valuable:

  • Traffic and Visibility: Nofollow backlinks on high-traffic websites can drive targeted visitors to your site. This increases your brand visibility and can lead to more direct engagement with potential customers.
  • Diversifying Your Link Profile: A healthy mix of dofollow and nofollow backlinks makes your link profile look more natural to search engines, reducing the risk of being flagged for unnatural linking.
  • Referral Traffic from High Authority Sites: Getting a nofollow link on a respected platform like Quora, Wikipedia, or news websites can provide credibility to your brand, increasing the chances that others will mention or link to you on their own.
  • Brand Recognition and Awareness: When users encounter your brand repeatedly across different reputable sites, it builds trust and familiarity. This can indirectly lead to more branded searches and organic traffic.
