There are five tips on how to grow your business’s Instagram account.

1) Follow people in your target market. This is a great way to get new followers who actually want to see your posts.

2) Unfollow people who don’t follow you back. This helps keep your follower number from growing too slowly, and it also helps remove spam accounts from your list. I use InstaCleaner for this.

3) Post consistently and frequently. Once a day is good, but as often as every two hours is better as long as you’re sharing content that’s relevant to your target market.

4) Use hashtags in every post. Hashtags are a great way for new people to discover your account, so don’t skip them!

5) Interact with other users’ content. Comment on their photos, like them, follow them and tag them in your posts when appropriate (if you think they’d be interested). You’ll find that many of them will return the favor!
