  • Thanks for your questions “What are the best vegetarian and vegan restaurants in Philadelphia?”
I think this questions vegan restaurant  is very important for all like yours. Here I’m trying to give your answers in brief.

My favorite “fool your non-veg friends” dishes –
    – Su Xing House Sesame Seitan. I appreciate New Harmony, but Su Xing’s sesame seitan is on another level.
    – Blackbird Root Beer BBQ wings. Just get them.
    – Vedge sticky toffee pudding – especially with the stout ice cream instead of pecan. Also, literally everything else. The Brussels sprouts taste like buttered popcorn…
    – Vegan Treats in general. Especially the brownies. The Vegan Treats bakery is in Bethlehem, PA – but the treats are available at many Philly locations, like Grindcore, Govinda’s, Blackbird, Gleaner’s, etc (locations can be found on Vegan Treats website, although the map is not the most user-friendly).

    Also worth mentioning:
    – Cantina Dos Segundos and Khyber Pass Pub have some pretty legit vegan specials.
    – Govinda’s – chicken Philly is better than steak.
    – Hip City Veg is kind of meh. Really disappointed by the jerk chicken salad.

  • Thanks for your questions“What are some good vegetarian/vegan restaurants in Prague?”
I think this question is very important for all like yours. Here I’m trying to give your answers in brief.

This cafeteria serves vegetarian fare buffet-style, with options ranging from raw salads to hot foods such as soups and cooked Czech delicacies. The price of meals at this eatery is determined by the weight of food items selected, ensuring that diners pay a reasonable amount for their meals.

    2. Loving Hut

It has several outlets around the city and offers a buffet of Asian vegan fare at each branch. Apart from savory dishes, you can also find vegan desserts at this eatery. The food here is affordably priced and portions are generous.

    3. Estrella
This vegetarian restaurant serves freshly prepared Czech and international delicacies. While Estrella is not entirely vegan, some of the dishes it serves are suitable for those on a vegan diet. Apart from food, locally-brewed beer is also offered on the menu – vegetarians are certainly not deprived of their pint of beer here!

  • Thanks for your questions “What is the most romantic restaurant in or near Sacramento that does not serve alcohol and at the very least is non-smoking whose main venue is not a bar/tavern/pub/night club?”
I think this questions romantic restaurant is very important for all like yours. Here I’m trying to give your answers in brief.

If I want to answer this a little more clearly I’d have to know what your objection to being near alcohol is. There are some places who cater to recovering alcoholics by removing wine lists from the table and approaching seating from angles that do not lead past displays of wine, but in general fine dining (and unless you consider Olive Garden to be ‘romantic‘, fine dining is where romance happens) does use alcohol in preparations (safe for most sober drunks since it avoids both the substance and taste trigger) and offers wine and spirits lists (not safe, but can be circumvented).

Smoking doesn’t happen inside any place in California so that one shouldn’t be an issue.
If you have a moral objection to other people consuming alcohol in your presence or too patronizing places that serve it, fine dining is mostly out unless you find a Halal place, but they’re traditionally more fast/casual focused.

  • Thanks for your questions“Is there good business for vegan/vegetarian cafes or restaurants in the UK?”
I think this questions cafe or restaurant is very important for all like yours. Here I’m trying to give your answers in brief.

I visited Europe for the first time last year and got the chance to visit London. Out of the places I visited which also included Belgium and France, the UK was the most vegetarian-friendly.

I’m not very knowledgeable about the vegan/vegetarian culture there, but from what I saw, I’d say that the market for vegan/vegetarian eateries is substantial. After all, most of the store- bought items I saw tend to be labeled with statements like “Suitable for Vegetarians”, which I loved, but it also made me suspicious of items that lacked this. Also, I’ve seen advertisements for vegetarian/vegan festivals. I even got the chance to visit an all-vegetarian pub! I imagine this may be due to the large Indian population residing there, a good amount of whom I believe may be vegetarian – not to mention other reasons like health and ethics.

Having said that, it didn’t mean I could freely eat everything on the menu (I don’t eat anything in the Allium family) but it was great to at least not have to worry about meat as well.

  • Thanks for your questions“What are some tips for hiring employees for a restaurant?” I think this questions employees for a restaurant is very important for all like yours.
Here I’m trying to give your answers in brief.

I’ve worked for nearly ten different restaurants and many catering companies. I now manage my own on-call staffs for our company.

The most important thing I look for in the employees is being on time, being early.

An event manager at a catering company once told me this: *Being on time is being late. (so, arrive at least ten minutes before your shift time.)*

Time is very critical in the restaurant business. For example, if one staff comes in late, it can cause the restaurant to open late or not ready to open for the regular business hour. If a chef comes in late, they many not be able to finish the prep work before the restaurant opens.

Because of the nature of business/industry, I’ve seen many “no-shows”, especially among on-call staffs. I’ve had one staff calling me two hours before the event and told me he was unable to come because he was sick. Since he was the only assistant I scheduled for that day, I needed to perform the prep, cooking and serving by myself. I managed to do the event. However, I almost lost the client because one person service was inadequate compared to two-person service

Luckily, all of our current staff arrive at least ten to fifteen minutes before their call time (without ever asking them to do), and I would expect the same for our employee if I were to run a restaurant.

  • Thanks for your questions “What are some of the most overrated restaurants in Los Angeles?” I think this questions restaurants in Los Angeles is very important for all like yours.
Here I’m trying to give your answers in brief.

I’m sure people are going to disagree with some of my answers:

Nobu: Super-expensive “sushi” and paper-thin sashimi, most of it swimming in ponzu so you can’t taste the fish. Twice I’ve eaten at Nobu and both times the waiter had no idea what I was ordering when I used the real names for sushi like “ika nigiri with shiso” or “hamachi sashimi”. The decor was nice, but it’s all hat and no cowboy.

Pizzeria Mozza: I ate lunch here once. There was a crowd and without reservations, we had to sit at the bar. All that led me to believe it would be spectacular food. I had an $18 personal-sized clam pizza and a $5 bottle of water. The clams were sparse and gritty/sandy and half of the pizza was the crust. The crust and sauce weren’t anything special.

Sushi Nozawa: I tried this parent of Sugarfish after falling in love with Sugarfish’s exceptional quality sushi and sashimi. Completely pretentious, way over priced, and not as good as Sugarfish. I suppose any place that lives on the reputation of how arrogant the owner is shouldn’t be expected to offer a great experience, but I thought the food would be even better than Sugarfish. Instead, it was more expensive, lower quality, and came with attitude.

Salt’s Cure: This place centers on meats and has a great story, but (according to all my meat-foodie friends and wife) the meats, while some are interesting, are mostly mediocre and the price for the portion size isn’t worth it. My wife had a $17 bacon burger for lunch (which she said was just ok) and IIRC the only beverage options were wines. A reviewer on yelp remarks the place smacks of “be seen” inside…which seems accurate.

The Ivy: If you want to see or are a celebrity that wants attention you eat here. You don’t eat here for the food, which is very expensive and equally unimpressive.

Gladstones: Location Location Location. Right on the beach with great views. There’s a reason the other location they tried failed. I think people in LA and even the owners generally accept that the food is overpriced and terrible, but it’s one of the few restaurants right on the beach.

  • Thanks for your questions “What is the best Los Angeles restaurant for seeing A-list celebrities?” I think this questions restaurants in Los Angeles is very important for all like
    yours.
Here I’m trying to give your answers in brief.

Our pick for the best restaurant for seeing a celebrity in LA would be Craig’s on Melrose Ave. It seems every night
some of the most popular celebrities out there dine here.

Here’s a list of of some of other popular restaurants A-List celebrities eat at:

    Ceconni’s
    SoHo House
Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel
    Chateau Marmont
    Fig & Olive
    Sugarfish
    Mr Chow
    Maestro’s
    Urth Caffe

Some of these can be pretty hard to get into and or expensive, so just be aware.

And of course, there’s no guarantee the likes of George Clooney will be sitting at the table next to you but more
than likely you won’t come away from these places disappointed, and at the very least, if you do eat there, you’ll
    get a pretty great meal.

Just in case those aren’t enough, we have a mobile app called StarSpot that shows what restaurants celebrities
frequent, when and how often, that might help you as well.

  • Thanks you very much for your questions. It is a very important questions before joining a new job. Here I will try to tell you about this from my own experience.

What You Should Do If You Find Yourself Fired From Your Job?

Each week, millions of Americans go to work, do their jobs, and collect their paychecks. Unfortunately, there comes a time when that cycle is disrupted. If you have recently found yourself fired or terminated from your current place of employment, you may be in shock. Although shock is a normal feeling, it is important that you start taking action right away, should you ever find yourself fired from your current position.

As previously stated, you should take action right away if you ever find yourself terminated from your current work position. This action is patricianly important if you rely on your income to pay important bills, such as your rent or mortgage, or if you use your paycheck to help support your family. Depending on the circumstances, you will find that most states do not allow those terminated from their jobs to collect unemployment payments. This typically only happens if you are laid off. What does this mean for you? It means that means that you may need to try and find a new job right away.

Speaking of taking action and finding a new job right away, one of your first steps should involve creating a resume for yourself. This is important, as you will need a resume to apply for new jobs. Even if you are able to fill out a traditional job application, you will still want to attach a resume. Resumes add professionalism to all job applications and they can help to set your application apart from all the rest. If you are unsure how to write your own resume, you may want to consider using the services of a professional resume writer.

In keeping with resumes and job applications, it is important that you proceed with caution. Unfortunately, many job seekers make the mistake of including a job in which they were fired from on their job application or on their resume. However, in that same sense, many make the mistake of leaving the job that they were recently terminated from off of their resume, when it should really be on it. That sounds a little bit confusing doesn’t it? If you are unsure as to how you should prepare your resume, you are not alone.

When trying to determining how you should prepare your resume, what you need to do is examine your reasons for being terminated, as well as how long you were employed by your past employer. Many employers do not like seeing gaps over one or two years; therefore, if your last job, the one in which you were fired from, lasted over two years, you may still want to include that position on your resumes and job applications. With that in mind, you also want to use your best judgment with cases such as workplace confirmation, multiple missed work days, or theft.

Once you have created a resume for yourself, you can start to go finding and applying for jobs. This is the easy part, as you will find that you have a number of different options. You may want to start with your local newspaper. Most newspapers have an employment section. What is nice about using your local newspaper to examine all open job positions is that most of your jobs will be local. There is typically no sorting by location needed. In addition to using your local newspaper, you can also use the internet to help you research companies with open positions.

Once you have a collection of jobs that you would like to apply to, you will want to create a cover letter for yourself. Cover letters typically should not be developed in advance, as you will want to personalize your cover letter with the name of the position you are applying for, as well as the company you are applying at. You can create a template for yourself, but make sure each and every one of your cover letters is personalized in one way or another.

The above mentioned steps are just a few of the steps that you should take, should you ever find yourself terminated from your current position. In dire circumstances, such as ones where you need income right away, you may want to visit your local temporary employment agency, as they can help you find short-term temporary jobs.

Hope you have find your answers here. If you want to know more about your job, then don’t forget to tell my by ask questions here.
    Thanks.

Thanks you very much for your questions. It is a very important questions before joining a new job. Here I will try to tell you about this from my own experience.

What You Should Look for In a New Job

Are you interested in changing jobs? If you are, you may already have a dream job in mind. Although it is nice to dream, it is important that you keep reality in mind. Finding a new job can be difficult, but it is more than possible for you to do so. A few of the many things that you may want to look for in a new job are outlined below for your convenience

When searching for a new job, you will want to look for those that are intended to be long-term. Long-term positions are ideal if you are looking to quit your current, stable job. They are also ideal if you rely on your income to help support your family. You will want to have and possibly need to have income not only right away, but income that you can rely on for months or years to come. That is why temporary positions may not be in your best interest, as a job that only lasts one or two months may be unable to provide you with the security that you want and need.

The ability to advance is another thing that you will want to look for in a new job. If you regularly find yourself setting goals that you would like to achieve, such as higher pay or a position in management, you may will want to work for a company where you have the opportunity to advance. You will want to look for those that advertise that they like to promote from within. Promotion from within is what gives you a better chance of advancing. In fact, advancement is something that potential employers like to hear, so be sure to mention your hope for advancement in your job interviews.

Good, but realistic pay is something else that you should look for in a new job. Unless you are sure, you may want to try and refrain from taking a pay cut. If you are able to receive additional benefits that you currently do not have, a pay cut may be worth it, but it is advised that you proceed with caution. Before you search for a new job, you may want to create a budget for yourself. A budget can help you determine how much money you need to make. This will ensure that you are able to find a new job that allows you to adequately pay your bills and support your family.

Health insurance is something else that you may want to look for in a new job. Although it may be unnecessary, you should keep health insurance in mind. Not all employers provide their employees with health insurance coverage and many companies have a ninety day waiting period before health insurance coverage can be acquired. If you are unable to get health insurance through a family member, such as your spouse, you may want to keep this in mind. You may be able to extend your current health insurance coverage, for a monthly fee, but that extended coverage often has time limits and other restrictions.

Close proximity is another feature that you may want to look for in a new job. Location may not be an issue if you are willing to travel or relocate, but you should take your possible commute into consideration. Jobs that are a ways away from your home may require extra travel time, possibly taking you away from your family. You also need to examine the cost of gasoline and wear on your vehicle. Although location should be taken into consideration, you should remember that there are other, more important, features that you should look for in a new job, a few of which were outlined above.

if my answer help you, then don’t forget to say Thanks .
