Hi, Thanks for your question. Here I'm telling you How to Hard Reset your NOKIA 100 iDEN. Please follow this steps below to Hard Reset your NOKIA 100 iDEN: Step 1: Switch off the headset. Step 2: Hard Reset NOKIA 100 iDEN Step 3: Press and hold the power key and the answer/end key until the red and green indicator lights start to alternate.
