What are the eligibility criteria for UGC NET?

Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks in Masters Degree or equivalent examination from universities or intuitions are eligible to apply for UGC NET Exam. However, Candidates who are pursuing their masters can still apply in the category of appearing.
